Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, hospitality, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards are maintained.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee financial reporting.
• Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively.
• Implement and enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting.
• Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional service and achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management.
• Proficiency in customer service, food preparation, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and Aloha POS system.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
