Job Description:

Up to $16 per hour, Plus Tips Description As an AssistantManager, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations,guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brandexcellence in a store. In the absence of the manager, the AMeffectively leads the team to execute great guest service andfollows operating policies and procedures.

• Lead team members onshifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties,opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Utilizethe deployment chart to effectively position the team. Know andsupport appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safetyprocedures
• Ensure all security procedures are executed (safeprocedures, open/close procedures etc.)
• Make guests happy byproviding great service
• Resolve guest complaints/issues
• Leadteam members to open, transition, and close shifts
• Manage andorganize the line and delegate duties to team members
• Know anduphold standards for product quality
• Work the line as needed
• Promote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and knowledgeon in-store promotions
• Execute and support all food safetyrequirements and practice
• Control food costs, labor, waste, andcash on the shift
• Count drawers and follow proper daily cashhandling procedures
• Complete additional e-learning as requiredRequirements
• Great communication skills to communicateeffectively with guests and co-workers
• Must have a positiveattitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Must bea strong team player
• Ability to train and coach others
• Abilityto stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours per day
