We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) & Guest Experience Manager to join our team and help lead our front-of-house operations, cultivate exceptional guest experiences, and develop our FOH team. Role Overview As the AGM & Guest Experience Manager , you will: Take ownership of the guest experience, ensuring each service feels personal, thoughtful, and seamless. Lead daily service, run line-ups, and collaborate closely with the host and service teams. Develop and train the FOH team, offering ongoing education, clear expectations, and constructive feedback. Manage the reservation system and guest communications to optimize flow and maximize hospitality. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and continuous coaching of FOH team members. Support key operational tasks including cash handling, documentation, and general administrative duties. What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting. Strong passion for hospitality and guest-centric service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity and passion for food, beverages, and storytelling. Commitment to training, coaching, and team development. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas). Why Work With Us?
