What We’re Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in an Assistant General Manager role at a high-end, full-service restaurant Strong bar management expertise, including inventory control, staff training, and craft cocktail development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural leader who inspires teams and builds guest loyalty. A proven ability to uphold and exceed service standards in a high-volume setting. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of supporting all aspects of daily operations alongside the General Manager.
