Shift Management:

Lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth and efficient service Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high standards of service. 2. Assist GM with continuous coaching & development of the bar and service team Ensure high quality training/onboarding Receive feedback from and collaborate with the team Give regular feedback, positive and negative with firm, professional communication 3. Assist GM with Inventory Management and Ordering Complete daily/monthly item counts with GM and KM Responsible for the ordering of product and supplies FIFO of all product on a daily basis 4. Assist GM with Administrative duties Upload and approve invoices Fill out daily shift log Manage labor
