Concession Supervisor IceCrown 19 Junior Gilliam Way, Nashville, TN 37219 Job Summary The Concession Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our concession stands, ensuring that all services meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality management, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory control, staff training, and providing an exceptional experience for guests. Duties Supervise and manage concession staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, including bartending duties when necessary. Implement training programs for new staff members to enhance their skills in kitchen management and customer service. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and service areas. Coordinate with event planners for banquets or special events to ensure all concession needs are met. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing transactions and managing sales data. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in team management within a quick service fast food environment. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety standards. Experience with bartending is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality management. Ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in inventory control. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Available to work the majority all of Nashville Sounds home games.
