We are looking for an experienced Fine Dining Bar Manager to join our team. Job Duties Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar service staff Oversee beverage and supply inventories Order product and supplies weekly Ensure all drinks are prepared per standardized recipes and presentation standards Resolve any beverage quality and service complaints Implement standards for employee performance and guest service Ensure the safety of restaurant staff and guests Oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant Ensure beverage product is stored safely and rotated Maintain records, such as personnel records, income/expense reports, meal counts Ensure that the dining room and bars are clean These duties and responsibilities are not all-inclusive Working at Icon Entertainment Health insurance No strict dress code
