FOH Manager SLA Worldwide – Pucketts 1 Terminal Drive, Nashville, TN 37214 Job Summary The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests while overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant’s front of house. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage staff effectively. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Duties Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Coordinate banquet services and special events to ensure smooth execution. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards are met. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including food safety and handling procedures. Experience in managing banquet services is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with inventory control processes and systems. Previous bartending experience is a plus.
