As Food and Beverage Manager, you will Overseeing all food and beverage personnel, including, kitchen staff, and all outlet employees. Serve as Leader of department in the absence of the Director of Food an Beverage . Helping create and editing menus. Ordering ingredients and beverages. Keeping a record of income and expenses. Talking to customers to receive feedback on their service. Opening and or closing the restaurant daily. Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service. Collecting payments and maintaining records of the department. Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies. Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity. Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities. Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, and conference planners. Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules. Partaking in financial activities, including setting budgets for the outlets
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience food and beverage supervisory role. Food service management degree may be advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work long hours. Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software. Excellent customer service skills.
