The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and customer experiences. As the Food Truck Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and driving sales while creating a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the food truck, including staff scheduling and training. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash flow. Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment; order as necessary. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and promotions. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Ensure safe travel and coordination of truck locations daily. (Will need to be able to drive large truck, no CDL required) Skills Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a café or food truck setting. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation requirements. Experience with cash register operations and basic accounting principles. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and staff schedules.
