The Opportunity We’re searching for a driven, detail-oriented, and high-integrity General Manager to lead our business into its next chapter. This is a unique chance to partner directly with ownership, take the reins of a high-potential operation, and make a real impact as we grow. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a team of front- and back-of-house staff, fostering excellence and accountability.

Oversee daily operations:

opening/closing, scheduling, payroll prep, inventory management, and cost control. Manage the POS system and ensure smooth, accurate transactions. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build relationships with our loyal guests. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team. Monitor sales, optimize expenses, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor/tax regulations. Develop and manage special events, leagues, and food & beverage inventory. Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Prepare regular reports and maintain a professional, fun, and inclusive work environment. Who You Are A confident and proactive leader with 2+ years of management experience (hospitality, entertainment, golf, or F&B preferred). Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills. Honest, dependable, and self-motivated—comfortable wearing many hats and owning outcomes. Experienced with POS systems, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
