Overview Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures Hire, train, lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house team members Ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences that reflect positively on the Teddy’s brand Maintain strong morale and team accountability Manage schedules, labor costs, and daily floor coverage Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of liquor, beer, wine and supplies Maintain health & safety standards in regulation with inspection requirements Drive local marketing initiatives and nurture community partnerships Analyze weekly projections and sales trends What You’ll do Daily Greet and engage with guests to ensure a memorable visit and strong leadership presence Address guest concerns or feedback quickly and professionally Monitor cleanliness and maintain awareness of atmosphere Monitor prep levels, check times, food quality, and back bar organization Oversee service quality, menu knowledge, and execution standards Program and follow through on daily specials and events Track sales, labor, and performance metrics Maintain high morale with team motivation and successful operations in mind Traits to Make You Successful Charismatic leadership
