Position Overview:
As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there. Job Requirements:
Required Experience & Skills 3-5 years of restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred) Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage restaurant financials Comfortable using technology and systems (POS, scheduling, inventory platforms) ServSafe certified or willing to obtain within 30 days Flexible schedule with full-time availability; able to work 50 hours/week Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
