Your Position The Outlet Manager serves as the dynamic leader of The Press House Café and Letterpress Lounge, bringing energy, creativity, and a passion for hospitality to every aspect of the guest experience. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, and ensuring exceptional service. With a keen eye for innovation, they will craft a distinctive cocktail menu that reflects the brand’s refined, print-inspired theme, balancing classic techniques with inventive flavors. Their leadership will inspire the team, drive customer engagement, and uphold the highest standards of quality and service. Who You Are Experienced in restaurant management, budgeting, forecasting, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Accomplished bartender and mixologist with expertise in craft cocktails, unique flavor pairings, and exceptional service. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail. Knowledgeable in state and local liquor laws, compliance regulations, and company policy enforcement. Skilled in de-escalation and handling challenging situations with professionalism and discretion. Excels in customer service, social awareness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Confident in managing inventory, ordering, and expense control for efficient bar operations. Comfortable with hospitality technology, POS systems, and sales platforms. Physically capable of performing all job functions, including extended periods of standing and lifting supplies. Maintains a professional presence while fostering a positive team environment. What You’ll Do Participate in hiring, training, and team development while fostering a positive and professional work environment. Oversee bar & café operations, including staff management, scheduling, and maintaining high service and cleanliness standards. Manages budgets, expenses, and inventory, ensuring efficient ordering and cost control. Develops and maintains strong vendor relationships for seamless supply management. Ensures smooth use of POS and inventory management systems, training staff as needed. Collaborate with other department managers to execute special events, group functions, and guest experiences. Maintains accurate records of menus and offerings while bringing creativity to promotions, marketing, and social media. Contributes to property management initiatives and participates in meetings and projects. Upholds a professional presence while actively performing Bartender/Mixologist duties as needed.
