We are looking for Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to join ourteam. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and we arelooking for more. The RGM leads the operation of the restaurantsand has the overall responsibility for making sure the restaurantmeets GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service andcleanliness. The RGM does not do this alone, as they work with ateam of managers. RGM’s bonus on performance, both operationallyand financially. Here are the top five (5) responsibilities of thejob: (P&L) Hit Your Sales and Profit Budget Every Period(Systems) Execute Accurate Projections and Schedules While WorkingAll Shifts (Safety) Maintain a Safe and Clean Restaurant (People)Hire and Train Service Obsessed Crew and Shift Leaders (Accounting)

Tight Restaurant Controls Job Duties:

Ensure team providesoutstanding service and satisfied guests Hire, train and coach therestaurant team Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run ahigh-quality restaurant, especially accurate projections and greatschedules Implement restaurant controls, especially cash ∈ventory Frequent contact, both inside and outside the restaurant,with the public, business, and various community organizations todevelop and improve the restaurant’s public relations Meetstandards for speed of service, food safety and cleanlinessDemonstrate strong critical thinking skills Maintain a clean andsafe working environment and ensure all equipment is clean andmaintained Work all shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner late night &weekends) each week. Work at least one (1) full weekend each periodFollow all government regulations, employment law, food safety,operations policies and cash policies and implement all accountingcontrols Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits andbehaviors Communicate effectively with all levels of managementabout plans, progress and problems Successfully implement allmarketing promotions Participate in the implementation of companypolicies, standards, training and management development Train anddevelop the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Traineesin the areas of management skills and technical knowledge toprovide for growth

Job Requirements:
