Manage shift schedules effectively to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in kitchen management and customer service. Monitor inventory levels and implement effective control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Handle customer feedback professionally, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual dining settings.
