Assistant General Manager Clean Eatz Knoxville – Bearden 215 Brookview Centre Way, Knoxville, TN 37919 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food production and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with skills in inventory control, marketing, and team management. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Oversee catering services, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Marketing. Traveling between our 5 stores to assist the General Managers. Experience Previous experience in a management role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of catering operations, food production processes, and customer service best practices. Proven ability to manage cash handling procedures effectively. Experience with inventory control systems and techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
