Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help take our service to the next level. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, motivating staff, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and inspire FOH team members to deliver outstanding service Manage daily floor operations including opening/closing procedures Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Resolve guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist management Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and performance evaluations of FOH staff Monitor and maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and appearance of the restaurant

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a sit-down style restaurant Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems and basic restaurant financials (e.g., labor costs, budgeting) Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
