The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience and will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This position requires someone outgoing with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house staff maintaining high standards of service. •Please include 3 professional references with your resume• Duties Lead and manage the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting. Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service. Inventory Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant. Provide training for new employees on hospitality practices and Toast POS system usage. Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or feedback promptly. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of proven experience in upscale casual restaurant management. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Experience with cash handling and financial reporting. Familiarity with food production processes and food safety regulations. Proficient in Toast POS and xtraCHEF is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly in quick-service settings.
