The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and food service, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Pay starts at $16 – $18 an hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Assist in training new staff members, providing guidance on food handling, kitchen management, and customer service. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary to ensure availability of supplies. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Support budgeting efforts by minimizing waste during shifts. Qualifications • Experience in a fast-food restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including food safety regulations and handling procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
