Essential duties and responsibilities:
Manage time appropriately to ensure properties are staged and cleaned to surpass guest expectations. Conduct 100% of property quality control inspections per company checklist requirements. Problem solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Navigate the customer service domain with professionalism and a keen eye for solving guest issues. Have an understanding and can perform minor maintenance tasks on our properties. Effectively conduct inventory control utilizing systems and technologies, such as Office365 and Property Management Systems. Conduct monthly inventory resets in each home. You will succeed here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Ensure the property is guest-ready by conducting quality control inspections and ensuring the correct inventory, locks, and maintenance. Constantly improve properties by using customer reviews/feedback.

Full Time Expected hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Pay:
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
8-hour shifts Schedule to be determined based on need
