General Manager Denny’s Restaurant 3716 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casual dining restaurant management. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all areas of the business. Salary + Bonus + Benefits Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of service and adherence to company policies. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Skills 2+ years current restaurant GM experience. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
