REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience as a restaurant manager 5+ years Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Great leadership skills Familiarity with restaurant management software Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff Strong ability to multi task Meet scheduling requirements for a 24/7 operation Pass a Background check Must provide work history references Denny’s is America’s diner.
