Assistant General Manager (AGM) SOB Collierville Collierville, TN 38017 SOB Collierville, the 3rd location of SOB, is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our close-knit group of employees in fulfilling our mission of providing expectational service through our unique Asian-American fare served in an upscale casual atmosphere. This is a service-focused position where the AGM would be in charge of managing the service, bar and host teams. Mission of the Assistant General Manager Assist the GM in establishing (with the support of the Leadership Team) the management system of the restaurant going forward and to increase sales year-to-year.
