We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights. Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and grill, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The General Manager will work closely with the staff, manage budgets, develop marketing strategies, and maintain the overall ambiance of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management :

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Staff Leadership and Development :

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.

Customer Service Excellence :

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards in food and beverage service, addressing customer concerns, and creating a welcoming environment.

Financial Management :

Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Handle cash management and financial reporting.

Marketing and Promotion :

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.

Vendor Relations :

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement of food, beverages, and other supplies.

Facility Maintenance :

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and grill, including equipment, furnishings, and overall appearance. Qualifications Preferred is as described but is not required. All applicants are welcome.

Experience :

5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. Minimum of 3 years of experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

Technical:

Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
