The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain operational efficiency, and support staff in delivering high-quality food and service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory control and food preparation. Duties Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing daily shift operations Supervise front and back-of-house staff to ensure high performance and service standards Address guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met Assist with inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling as needed Maintain a positive work environment and support staff development Communicate effectively with upper management regarding shift updates and needs Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects meet quality standards. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Strong understanding of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
