Shift Manager Rock N Roll Sushi – Germantown 9155 Poplar Avenue, Germantown, TN 38138 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our quick service fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant during shifts. Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and transaction accuracy. Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control in food preparation and presentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Experience Previous experience in a leadership role within a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus. Strong background in food handling practices and restaurant management principles. Proven ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience in training development for new hires is highly desirable.
