WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A FOODBEVERAGE MANAGER

To shine as the Full-Time FoodBeverage Manager at Grasslands Club, you’ll need a unique blend of skills and experience that sets you up for success! With a minimum of 2 years in a high-end country club or hotel/resort setting, your background will pave the way for leading our dining operations. Proficiency in Club Essentials (POS) is a must, as you’ll be managing orders and inventory seamlessly. While CMAA Membership is preferred, your passion for exceptional food and beverage experiences will truly stand out. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you’ll be guiding and inspiring a talented team while promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork. Your previous experience in a high-end restaurant or country club will help you navigate our vibrant environment with ease. With your expertise, you’ll elevate our dining offerings and create unforgettable moments for our members!
