Job Description:
Our Managers will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with our Team Members and Guests. S/he will recruit, train and retain employees. Our Managers will ensure food is in compliance with all company standards in the areas of food safety, quality, and taste and guarantee food is presented properly, served at suitable temperatures quickly and with Southern Hospitality. S/he will be responsible for creating a positive culture that treats everyone with respect and feels like family. S/he will be responsible for meeting financial goals set out by the company and always maintaining the highest degree of personal and professional integrity.
