Job Description:

As the Assistant Cafe Manager at E+ROSE Wellness Cafe, you will be supporting the General Manager and staff to create a welcoming environment for our customers and team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support General Manager and Staff Oversight:

Working in tandem with the General Manager, you will ensure all company policies and standards are met, while overseeing shift leaders and staff members at the store.

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and toast.

Payment Processing:

Operate the register, manage transactions accurately, and handle customer orders efficiently.

Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.
