Assistant Manager 55 South/Cork & Cow- Downtown Franklin 403 Main Street, Franklin, TN 37064 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for developing team members while maintaining a positive work environment. Duties Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring store objectives are met. Provide outstanding guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and guest service best practices. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Operate POS systems, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records. Conduct shift management duties, including scheduling staff and ensuring compliance with company policies. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and teamwork. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or guest service environment is required. Strong skills in customer service, communication, and training development. Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
