Experience:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a casual environment

• Passion for Service and great food: A commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience with a focus on hospitality and great from-scratch food.

Team Development:

Ability to lead and develop a strong team

Sales Growth:

Track record of growing sales and meeting or exceeding goals

• Lead and inspire: Manage all service teams and work seamlessly together with the kitchen What we offer a

Restaurant General Manager:

• Four-day work week for all managers at 45 hours per week
• 3 weeks paid vacation in the first year
• Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day as well as Easter
• Full medical/dental/vision with 401K- up to 4% match in 90 days
• Dining allowance at other company concepts is given every quarter.
