Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager Culinary/Kitchen Management experience Availability for 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays Minimum of 3 years of experience with P&L statements Strong ability to train others on all operational aspects Drive for hospitality and inspire others to follow suit Effective coaching and development skills NRA ServSafe Manager or equivalent, and VDLC-certified preferred Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred Business or relevant degree preferred
