Bar Manager! This is a full-time, hands-on management role that combines bar leadership with active bartending responsibilities. We’re looking for a dynamic hospitality professional who excels both behind the bar and in a leadership capacity—someone who brings energy, organization, and a guest-first mindset to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example with professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality-focused service.
• Oversee all aspects of the bar program, including inventory, ordering, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the management team on scheduling, training, event needs, and staff development.
• Plan and implement daily cocktail and wine specials.
• Assist in seasonal cocktail menu creation and implementation.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, consistency, and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for bar staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the monthly cocktail donation program and other bar-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bartending experience; 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, classic and craft cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to mentor and support team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic beverage cost analysis.
