Pay:
Up to $22.79/hour
Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Lead energetic shifts, ensuring every team member is actively engaged.
People Management:
Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Business Management:
Support cost management and sales strategies.
Project Support:
Implement marketing initiatives and provide prompt new hire documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Age:
18 years or older.
Minimum job experience:
2 years or more
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
