Location:

241 S Greeno Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532, USA.

Pay:

Up to $22.54/hour.

Compensation:

This includes tips up to $2.75/hour, a performance bonus of $2/hour, and benefits like healthcare ($4,000/year) and vision/dental coverage ($400/year).

Hours:

Full-time, offering flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Lead energetic shifts, maintain Five Guys standards for cleanliness, and advocate for guest satisfaction.

People Management:

Coach and motivate team members, ensuring safety and uniform compliance.

Business Management:

Assist with labor, waste, and cost management, and oversee daily cash procedures.

Project Support:

Implement initiatives and report new hire paperwork promptly.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is a must, with some college education being a plus. 1-2 years management experience in quick-service restaurants Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Physical requirements:

Able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and climb stairs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
