- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bar, restaurant, kitchen, and overall dining experience.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
- Manage all food and beverage outlets including the bar and restaurant
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality culinary offerings
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop staff in areas such as POS systems, kitchen management, shift management, and food safety
- Create and maintain budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost control measures
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality products and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in food and beverage management with expertise in culinary operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Proficient in training development, interviewing techniques, and shift management
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and market demands
