The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all guests receive top-quality service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor, and develop staff in food handling, preparation, and customer service best practices. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and cash handling. Assist in bartending duties as needed, ensuring responsible alcohol service. Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Background in training development to enhance team performance is advantageous.
