PM Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 800 Holmes Avenue NE, Huntsville, AL 35801 We are looking for a high performing assistant manager to run our dinner shift. Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable training & coaching employees, & have a passion for serving perfect food. Restaurant closes at 9pm & closers should expect to stay until 10pm to ensure everything is clean & reset for the next day. (We are closed Sundays & major holidays with Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year’s Day being paid holidays).
Closing Managers:
Manage the restaurant operations for 2nd shift (dinner) Train & develop employees assigned to PM shift Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service Serve as a strong role model for other employees Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety Ensure all closing responsibilities are completed correctly each day We ask you to: Have 2+ years of experience in managing a quick service concept Have the ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs. Have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Able to stand/walk for up to 8-9 hr shifts Serv-Safe Certified (or able to be certified by the completion of training) Must be willing and able to work evenings until 10pm (including Saturdays) Must be willing and able to work 35-40 hours per week.
