Full Job Description Pay:

You will get hourly pay plus tips (tips on average are an extra $2 per hour).

Qualifications Proven experience in staff training and management within a food service environment Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management Expertise in food service management and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Background in inventory control and cash handling Experience in various dining settings, including casual and fine dining Responsibilities Maintain a positive work environment and being able to work together as a team Helping train new employees on the job Assigning daily cleaning tasks and prep items for team members Prioritize guest experience and customer service Being able to count cash and do daily and night checkouts if needed If needed, closing down the store at night and making sure all tasks are completed before employees clock out
