Are you a Go Goetta who believes in southern hospitality? We are looking for you! Join our exciting breakfast/brunch concept in the Rocket City. No night shifts! Weekend availability required! 6am start time required. Earlier start times may be necessary due to catering orders.

• If you cannot commit to 6am and weekends please do not apply. This is non negotiable.
• Description A shift leader is the face of the brand and delivers a world class customer experience that is representative of the Biscuit Belly culture.

This person must be able to demonstrate and maintain the basic job accountabilities and skills addressed below, while being a positive part of the Biscuit Belly culture.

Accountabilities:

• Display excitement and enthusiasm with guests and co-workers
• Working knowledge of POS systems
• Menu expert/ability to upsell
• Pre-bus, (expo) expedite and run food, clean, sanitize and set tables
• Collaborate with fellow team members
• Meet/exceed standard operating procedures
• Perform Barista duties and Bartender functions as needed
• Maintain high sanitation standards and food safety practices
• Adhere to all local food safety guidelines
• Role model the culture Requirements
