  • Master Operational Control — Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management, and food cost analysis to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Shape Quality Standards — Execute flawless recipe standards across all stations while maintaining portion control and presentation excellence
  • Build Collaborative Partnerships — Work closely with front-of-house managers and ownership to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead Food Safety Initiatives — Implement and maintain HACCP protocols and food handling practices that exceed industry standards
  • Develop Future Leaders — Mentor and train kitchen staff while creating a positive, productive work environment The Leader We’re Seeking You’re an experienced culinary professional with proven supervisory success. We’re looking for:
  • 3-5 years of progressive kitchen experience with 1-2 years in leadership or supervisory roles
  • High-volume restaurant background with expertise across all kitchen stations
  • Operational expertise in inventory control, scheduling, and food cost management
  • ServSafe certification or commitment to obtain certification quickly
  • Natural communicator who builds strong relationships with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Strategic problem solver who thinks quickly and remains calm under pressure
  • Hands-on leader available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Your Daily Leadership Experience Your role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in our professional kitchen environment.

You’ll start each day coordinating operations with your team, setting the tone for exceptional service while ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. During peak service periods, you’ll demonstrate calm leadership, managing multiple stations while maintaining team morale and the high standards our guests expect. You’ll work closely with our supportive management team on menu planning, cost control, and operational improvements while building genuine relationships with vendors and staff.
