Qualifications Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry Strong supervisory skills with a background in hospitality and kitchen management Proficiency in food preparation and inventory control Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Experience in fast food and casual dining environments Ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions Knowledge of catering, banquet service, and bar operations
