Responsibilities Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers Maintaining a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalent Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends Customer service experience Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals Proven customer service experience Polished professional appearance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and organization Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day We offer a benefits package that includes product discounts, and free tanning services.
