Chick-fil-A Shift Leader/Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 2520 Eastern Boulevard, Montgomery, AL 36106 We’re seeking a Shift Lead/Manager that excels in multi-tasking and providing a great guest experience! You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our front of house operations run smoothly during your shifts. Must be a hospitality professional ensuring guest receive warm welcome and excellent service. Prepare shift plans, supervise Team Members, and work well with a team of leaders executing operational plans.

Shift Lead/Manager Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS

Previous management or leadership experience Strong problem-solving skills In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
