Job Requirements:
21 years of age or older This is a driving post (must have good MVR). Previous customer service, security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed. Team Leader / Supervisor skills are a must. Strong Administrative/Computer experience & Customer Service Skills. Comfortable with new technology. Strong written and oral communication skills. A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you. The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation. Primary roles of this Security Officer position: Dispatch fire, medial, chemical and traffic accidents. Answer associate phone calls who are calling in late or absent and put into data base. Answer duress alarms. Acknowledge card alerts. Issue hot work and confined space permits. Multitasking Computer skills Prevent loss to client property from fire or equipment failure. Control access to client property. Enforce the rules and regulations set forth by the client.
