Floor Manager Confidential Mountain Home, AR 72653 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards in both the kitchen and dining areas. This role is crucial for managing staff, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow in service areas and front-of-house areas. Manage team performance by providing training, support, and guidance to staff members. Oversee the presentation, and quality control of all plated food and expedited timely from kitchen to dining room for an ultimate guest experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the service and dining areas. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary. Ability to make front of house schedules to insure the best in service and at the same time stay within budgeted labor percentage. Insure daily cleaning schedules are met from outside parking areas to the inside dining areas. Makes 100% table visits to insure guest have a great experience. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry. A background in restaurant operations with knowledge of service techniques. Experience in supervising teams in a casual theme full service restaurant or similar setting. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers efficiently.
