Job Details:

Location:

2007 S Promenade Blvd, Rogers, AR 72758 Pay range: up to $24.54 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time with required flexibility, including all shifts Monday through

Sunday Bonus:

$175.00 one-time bonus, with additional bonuses and incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-energy shifts and uphold Five Guys standards Coach and train Team Members on proper procedures Manage restaurant performance, including labor cost, waste monitoring, and sales Ensure Team and Guest safety and provide excellent customer service Support management on all areas that impact the business

Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred 18 years of age or older 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology systems Ability to lead, motivate, and empower Team Members Excellent verbal and written skills, with problem-solving abilities

Benefits and Perks:

Tips up to $3.00 per hour

Performance Bonus:

$2.50 per hour

Additional Compensation:

$200.00 per month
