Job Summary Operates or directs other workers to operate the mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties: Collecting production paperwork and accessories for Batch Master. Verifying proper sanitization of production room prior to mixing and cleaning/sanitizing post-mixing. Verifying proper ingredients prior to the start of the batch mixing. Setting an example for all employees in the areas of personnel and food safety. Performing job duties of the Process Techs in their absence. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or food production environment (1 year minimum). Computer and data entry knowledge. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptability and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a group setting. Dependability, punctuality, and initiative.
