Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager at Auntie Anne’s, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, and assisting in team management. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:

Assist in overseeing and helping in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from opening to closing.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure that every guest receives top-notch service by maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of employees to perform at their best. Provide constructive feedback and foster a team-oriented environment.

Food Safety & Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Ensure that all pretzels and other menu items are prepared and served to perfection.

Inventory Management:

Assist in managing inventory, placing orders for supplies, and tracking stock usage to prevent shortages or waste.

Financial Tracking:

Help with daily sales reporting, cash handling, and maintaining financial accuracy.

Scheduling & Staffing:

Assist in creating employee schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage during peak times.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all operations meet health and safety regulations and store standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve guest complaints professionally. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
